MIS Intern

Summer Intern Project

“My goal this summer was to develop an internal change management plan to support Olympic Steel’s new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software implementation. I focused heavily on internal marketing efforts, stressing the importance of clear, two-way communication. Part of those efforts included surveying the team to determine their needs, then creating helpful resources such as step-by-step CRM guides. I also assisted with organizing the data from our ERPs so we could present impactful sales information within the new CRM.”
