Cullen Ziegler

Quality Assurance Intern

Summer Intern Project

“I worked on improving supplier management and quality control processes with a focus on the International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001:2015 certification. I developed a supplier questionnaire to evaluate and update supplier information, which I used to create a Supplier Evaluation Matrix. The matrix will help employees quickly access information about ISO-certified, approved suppliers. I also created an ISO Training Matrix to track employee training status, ensuring ISO compliance throughout the organization. Additionally, I developed and began implementing quality control procedures such as inspecting parts at various stages to ensure they meet customer standards and future ISO certification requirements.”
