Lauren Reymann

Corporate Communications & Marketing Intern

Summer Intern Project

“The first summer project I did was scanning and cataloging archived photos and files from Olympic Steel’s newsletter, the Odyssey, to gather historical information about the Company and assist in the completion of an Olympic Steel history gallery. The second project I did was leading an effort to set up digital screens in all Olympic Steel division, in an effort to improve overall company communication. This project mainly included reaching out to the Communications Contacts at all the divisions and gathering data on who will need screens, where they will go, etc. I also researched different types of digital screens and helped decide which will best suit the needs of the Communications team, in terms of being able to push our content out digitally. I also had the standing responsibility of keeping up with and pushing out new content for the Olympic Steel Instagram and TikTok accounts.”
